SOUTH PARIS — SeniorsPlus will be holding a six-week Savvy Caregiver 1 training for Oxford County residents, beginning Thursday, June 22.
The class is for those caring for someone with dementia, and will help caregivers learn how to take care of themselves and reduce stress, as well as how to communicate more easily with the person they are caring for. The sessions are from 1 to 3 p.m. on Thursdays through July 27, in the activity room at the Department of Health and Human Services, 243 Main St.
