Norway Memorial Library Winter Book Bingo is underway Dec. 1

NORWAY — Norway Memorial Library’s Winter Book Bingo begins Wednesday, Dec. 1.
Winter Book Bingo cards have 25 squares, each with a different subject, such as historical fiction, book about a state (not Maine) and speculative fiction. Participants will read and complete a horizontal, vertical or diagonal line of five squares to be entered in the drawing to win a bingo prize of a book of their choice from a selection of books and a Norway Memorial Library book bag. Readers who black out their card by reading 25 titles that correspond with the subject for every square will be entered in a drawing for the grand blackout prize of a gift certificate to Made in Maine.
Participants may pick up a Winter Book Bingo card and a cocoa mix packet while supplies last at the library’s information desk. Cards must be turned in by 3 p.m. Saturday, March 19 to be entered into the drawing. The drawing will take place on Wednesday, March 23. Winners will be notified by telephone.
