Winthrop church offering memorial lights on tree

WINTHROP — The Winthrop Congregational Church, 10 Bowdoin St., is inviting community members to remember loved ones during the season of Advent by dedicating lights on a tree in front of the church in their memory.
For a donation of $5 a white light can be dedicating, and colored lights on the tree will be changed to white as dedications are received. Memorial lights will be listed on the church website, www.wccucc.org and Facebook @WinthropUCC.
