AUBURN — Payroll Management, 100 Manley Road, has announced Michael Caron has joined their executive management team in the role of chief financial officer and director of human resources. A highly accomplished payroll professional with experience in all areas of payroll and tax filing, he is responsible for managing all human resources functions and initiatives as well as all accounting and tax functions of the company.
Michael’s select accomplishments include; building customer service teams of a rapidly expanding payroll bureau, increasing operational efficiency through the implementation of policies and procedures, execution of software compliance upgrades, successful conversion and onboarding of clients acquired through acquisition, and design and execution of employee incentive programs.
