Leeds Volunteer Fire Department seeks donations for barn sale, silent auction

LEEDS — The Leeds Volunteer Fire Department is accepting donations for its annual barn sale and silent auction, which will be held Saturday July 15, and Sunday July 16, at the Sander-Lou Farm on North Road. The department is looking for re-saleable items in good condition, but asks that donations don’t include clothes or shoes (the Leeds Grange accepts these), or TVs and computer monitors.

The department also wants to thank the community for its continued support, including attending breakfasts and donating to sales and auctions. Those donations have made many things possible. The department is now working to upgrade the mutual aid pumper truck’s scene lighting to LED.
