Bethel quilters donate special shawls to Cancer Center

The Cross Country Quilters, of Bethel, recently stopped by the Cancer Resource Center of Western Maine, 59 Winter St., Norway, with 14 HUGS — quilted shawls designed especially for patients undergoing chemotherapy. Each HUG is unique and all have inside pockets and warm linings that keep a patient warm during the many hours that chemotherapy often requires.
