LEWISTON — Lewiston Public Library is hosting Game On, Grownups, a tabletop game night for adults from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 21.
The free public program will be held in the Couture Room at the library, 200 Lisbon St. The program is for adults only, however, children and teens accompanied by an adult are welcome to participate. Registration is recommended.
Tabletop games are great for engaging critical thinking, developing strategic skills and providing opportunities to socialize, organizers said.
Participants are encouraged to stop by any time within the two-hour timeframe to play games such as Trivial Pursuit, Clue, Sequences and Monopoly. Participants are welcome to bring their own games as well. Library staff will be present to help teach and facilitate. Winners of select games will get a $5 gift card to Dunkin’ Donuts.
