Lithgow Library hosts online hygge talk Sept. 14

AUGUSTA – Lisa Luken, a simple living coach and consultant will host a Lithgow Public Library talk at 6:30 p.m. Tuesday, Sept. 14, via Zoom on hygge, with a fresh perspective on how to enjoy and savor the fall and winter seasons.
Hygge is the experience and practive of comfort and contentment. Luken will discuss what hygge is and where it’s from, and why t’s important for happiness. She will teach how to create and embrace hygge in your life year-round. You can walk away with new insights and ideas that will help you create a simpler and more joy-filled life.
Luken speaks, writes, and leads workshops and retreats on the topics of joyful living, women’s leadership, business development, and creating sustainable livelihoods, rural tourism, slow travel, and more.
