WATERVILLE — Spectrum Generations’ Muskie Community Center welcomed nine MaineGeneral Health resident doctors on July 27.
The residents were there to learn about the organization’s programs and spend the day volunteering. During the event, Victoria Abbott, Spectrum Generations’ community engagement director, spoke with the residents about Meals on Wheels, Bridges Home Services Adult Day Program, Medicare Counseling, and Aging and Disability resources. In return, the residents cleaned out the cooler, washed the vans (inside and out), cleaned the dining room and made the gardens beautiful.
