LEWISTON — New Ventures Maine will be offering a free, three-week “Building Confidence” course on consecutive Tuesdays, beginning May 30, from 5:30 to 8 p.m. at University of Southern Maine, Lewiston Auburn College, 51 Westminster St.
This 3-week class is designed to help you understand and assess your self-esteem and build self-confidence. Explore and practice concrete tools to raise self-esteem and build confidence to enhance your job search or apply to your day-to-day experiences.

Building Confidence is open to individuals and couples of all ages and incomes. Anyone interested in increasing their confidence is welcome to attend.
