Rangeley preparing for July 3 in the Park

RANGELEY — The 6th annual July 3 in the Park, sponsored by the Rangeley Lakes Chamber of Commerce, is scheduled for 10 a.m. until the fireworks at dusk, on Saturday, July 3 in the Rangeley Town Park.
The family-friendly event includes music, food and more. family day packed with fun. Festivities start at 10 a.m. with the Children’s Doll Carriage Parade on Main Street and the Duck Race on Haley Pond.
The Frost Memorial Art Show will run from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. The Great American Dog Parade begins at 2 p.m., and prizes will be awarded. The Tom Ball Band will perform at 6:30 p.m., and lead up to the fireworks show over the lake at dusk.
There will also be many items to bid on at the chamber’s online auction, which runs from 7 a.m. July 2 to 7 p.m. July 4.
