RANGELEY — Senior citizens, families and care givers, are encouraged to attend the third annual HELP (Helping Elders Live in Place) expo Saturday, May 20, from 8:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m., hosted by Rangeley Health and Wellness, a full-service gym with fitness classes. The event will again be held at The Rangeley Inn, 2443 Main St.

The schedule of guest speakers:
* 9 a.m. — Martha Currier, complaint examiner with the Maine Attorney General’s office, will discuss “Scams to Look Out For.” Her presentation is based on the 12,000 consumer complaints the AG’s Office handles each year in Maine.
* 10 a.m. — Deborah Cartwright with Seniors Plus will be reviewing and discussing Medicare basics.
* 11 a.m. — Mary Richards with Seniors Plus and Heather Reed, physical therapist with Ascent Rangeley Lakes Rehab, will present information on fall prevention and balance issues.
Refreshments will be provided.
