LEWISTON — The community will have the opportunity to recycle, for free items from shredded documents to tires, from 9 a.m. to noon Saturday, April 24, at 40 Stanley St, Auburn.
Local organizations are joining forces to offer the community a convenient and free way to recycle items such as tires, documents to be shredde, and office/classroom supplies etc. Personal or business documents will be shredded onsite.
Community Credit Union, Without A Trace Mobile Shredding, Stratham Tire and the SHAREcenter are partnering to provide the service. The local SHAREcenter will also gather craft materials, art supplies and more. Some restrictions apply.
There is no cost for to recycle, and those bringing items don’t have to be a member of Community Credit Union to participate.
