LEWISTON — The city will host a citywide litter pickup day from 8 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 17.
Individuals and teams are encouraged to come on board to help keep Lewiston clean and beautiful.
Volunteers will use an online form to register and identify the area they’re going to pick up. For registration and other information, visit the city website, www.lewistonmaine.gov [1].
Picture of cleanup efforts on social media are encouraged, using the hashtag #nolitter. There will be prizes for Biggest Team, Most Creative and Most Colorful.
