WINTHROP — Kennebec Land Trust staff will present an Introduction to Conservation Burial Grounds from 4 to 5 p.m. Tuesday, May 4, at Baldwin Hill, Fayette.
Staff at Family First Funeral Homes will answer questions about the importance of planning ahead for conservation burial and their partnership with KLT.
The funeral home and land trust will soon be opening the region’s first conservation burial ground on Baldwin Hill. The session costs $10 to register, and preregistration is required by clicking here.
