WINTHROP — Winthrop Maine Historical Society is hosting a spring plant sale on May 15 to help pay for renovations at the new building.
The sale will be from 8 a.m. to noon, rain or shine, in the parking lot of the future home of the Winthrop Maine History and Heritage Center, the former KeyBank, at 107 Main St.
Donations of divided plants are welcome. Label potted plants with the plant name and with the color of any blossoms, if applicable.
All money raised will go toward renovations and other ongoing expenses for the Winthrop Maine History and Heritage Center.
