Fiddlehead talk will be held via Zoom April 17

WINTHROP — Dave Fuller will discuss how to properly identify, sustainably harvest and cook ostrich fern — fiddleheads — in a Zoom talk on Tuesday, April 27. The talk, sponsored by Kennebec Land Trust and Winthrop Adult Education, is from 5:30 to 7 p.m.
Fuller is an agriculture and non-timber forest products professional with the University of Maine. There is a $10 fee to take the class, and registratin is required at Winthrop-Monmouth.maineadulted.org.
