MONMOUTH — Rhayna Poulin, a Monmouth Academy senior, has been named a 2021 National Merit Semifinalist, Monmouth Academy Principal Rick Amero, recently announced.
Only 16,000 National Merit Semifinalists in the U.S. are named, recognized for their exceptional academic promise. National Semifinalists placed among the top scorers of more than 1.5 million students who entered the 2021 competition by taking the 2019 Preliminary SAT/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test.
Poulin is the daughter of Shannon and Paul Poulin and was recently accepted to Yale University in New Haven, Conn.
