FAYETTE — The planning board will convene its next meeting Monday, April 24, starting at 6:30 p.m. at Fayette Central School. In addition to its normal site approval review of applications, the board will take up the issue of whether or not the town should prohibit commercial and retail sales of marijuana and consider the board’s recommendation to the board of selectmen.
The planning board also will review a request from the Friends of Starling Hall to relocate the Hall building farther away from Route 17.
As a reminder, the Fayette School Committee, Budget Committee and Board of Selectmen will be meeting about the 2017-2018 budget requests as well Monday night. This meeting will begin at 7 p.m. also at Fayette Central School.
