BELGRADE — The Transfer Station, 41 Transfer Station Road, will host a document-shredding event from 9 a.m.-1 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.
The event will be free for Belgrade taxpayers, and there will be no limit on the numbers of documents you may bring. They will be retrieved from trunks and backseats to avoid physical contact.
Residents of Rome and Mount Vernon may also participate by buying a $5 coupon at their respective town offices. The coupon is good for one vehicle’s visit.
