AUGUSTA — Applications are being accepted for a 2020 any-deer (antlerless) permit through 11:59 p.m. on Monday, Aug. 17. Applications must be completed online at www.mefishwildlife.com.
It is free to apply for the any-deer permit lottery. The drawing will be held Friday, Sept. 11, and results will be posted on the department’s website.
To apply, decide which Wildlife Management Districts you would like to apply for by viewing the Wildlife Management District Map (www.maine.gov/ifw/hunting-trapping/hunting-laws/wildlife-management-districts/wmd-map.html) or Wildlife Management Districts by town(www.maine.gov/ifw/hunting-trapping/hunting-laws/wildlife-management-districts/wmd-by-town.html).
