WILTON — The Wilton Blueberry Festival Board of Directors has announced that the 38th Wilton Blueberry Festival will be postponed until 2021, and won’t be held this year.
When the festival is held Aug. 6 and 7, 2021, the theme will remain the same as scheduled for 2020, “Happy Birthday Maine.”
The decision was made because of the COVID-19 restrictions and concur with the state’s re-entry throughout the summer, regulating crowd size. Chair Shannon Smith will follow through as chair through October 2021.
