SUMNER — The Congregational Church of East Sumner will host a community supper Saturday, May 6, at 5:30 p.m. at the church. Featured are Mexican dishes, salads, dessert, coffee and punch, as well as a raffle of baked goods and household items. Proceeds benefit the outreach mission of the church. The church’s annual Spring Sale will be held Saturday, May 20, from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Perennials, local crafters, yard sale items, raffles (including a load of loam), baked goods and beanhole bean lunch are part of the experience.
