TURNER — Hurry Down Sunshine, with Stan Davis and Brian Kavanah, will be the fifth int he Cabin Fever Concert Series, 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, April 5 at the Leavitt Institute, 98 Matthews Way.
The Cabin Fever Coffee House Series is hosted by the Music for Mavis committee and friends, as a way to enjoy the winter together. Music for Mavis is a nonprofit organization dedicated to bringing communities together to enjoy music and the arts.
The concert is free, but the hat will be passed. Suggested donation is $10, and any donation is appreciated. Organizers say the best contribution is for you to come and enjoy. Bring cookies to share if you’d like to.
The Music for Mavis organization is also committed to making a donation to the Maine Outdoor Wellness Center created in the honor of Roy Varney. For more information, call 207-754-0954.
