Pancakes and Poetry will be held Feb. 23 at Turner church

TURNER — The First Universalist Church of Turner Center, 450 Turner Center Road, is inviting the public to its first winter poetry series,m”Pancakes and Poetry at the Parish,” at 11 .m. Sunday, Feb. 23.
The air will be filled with the warm smell of fresh pancakes and invitations to share your favorite love poem.
Pancakes will be flipped by parish minister the Rev. Al Boyce and member Jim Talbot. All are invited to meet in the parish hall. Bring your favorite winter poem or just come for the hot pancakes and listen to others as they share spirituality through poetry.
