NORWAY – Stephens Memorial Hospital will offer The Beat Goes On: Heart Failure Class Series. Were you recently diagnoses with heart failure? Have you been living with heart failure for quite a while? Want to learn skills to help you better manage your condition or connect with others who have heart failure?
If you answered yes, then check out The Beat Goes On! In this series you will learn about self-management skills for living well with heart failure, managing the stress of heart failure, understanding the world of heart failure medicines, eating well with heart failure and exercising with heart failure. Feel free to invite a family member or friend to come with you.
This class will be held from 10 to 11:30 a.m. Wednesdays, April 26 to May 24. The program will be held in the James E. Eshleman, DO Conference Room located in the William L. Medd, MD Health Center, 8 Pikes Hill, Norway.
