AUBURN – The Androscoggin Land Trust Annual Meeting and 30th Anniversary Celebration will be from 5 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 12., at L/A Arts Gallery, 221 Lisbon St., Lewiston.
The exhibit on display at the gallery is “The Vision to Conserve: Celebrating 30 Years with Androscoggin Land Trust,” featuring photographs of ALT conserved properties by Courtney Mooney. It will be on dsplay through Dec. 31.
Mooney is a 12th generation Maine-based photographer partnering with land trusts in her home state to inspire fervency around the importance of land conservation through her photographs. Photos from the collection will be available to buy, and there will be a raffle drawing at the celebration for one of the framed photos from the collection. Tickets can be bought in advance.
The celebration begins with a social hour from 5 to 6 p.m., and the progr will follow. The event is free with a suggested $10 donation, and open to the public.
