MONMOUTH — Theater at Monmouth’s 50th season will conclude at the end of November and in early December wiwth the play “This Wonderful Life.”
Steve Murray’s adaptation of the Frank Capra movie, “It’s a Wonderful Life,” runs from Nov. 28 through Dec. 8.
Mike Anthony will unleashes his comedic talents for the 90-minute adventure as he recreates more than two dozen iconic characters from the beloved film including Cllarence the Angel, Mary, Old Man Potter, and the rest of Bedford Falls’ finest citizens, while also serving as narrator. It is directed by Producing Artistic Director Dawn McAndrews with set and lights by Jim Alexander and sound design by Rew Tippin.
There will be a preview at 7:30 p.m., Thursday, Nov. 28, a special Thanksgiving Day performance with ticket prices $10 with a donation of non-perishable food items for local food pantries.
