The St. Michael School, of Augusta, boys basketball team was the 2017 Sheepscot Valley Athletic Conference Champions. High scorers from the team were Kaleb Stred, with 317 points this season averaging 15 points a game; Kyle Douin, with 300 points this season, averaging 14 points a game; Bryton Kieltyka, with 99 points this season averaging six points a game; and Casey Gallant, with a total of 77 points this season, averaging four points a game. The boys went 22-0 on the season.
