Casco church harvest supper Sept. 28 features locally grown food

CASCO — Local foods will be celebrated at the annual Harvest Supper, 4:30 to 6 p.m., Saturday, Sept. 28, at the Casco Village Church UCC, 941 Meadow Road (Route 121).
Locally raised naturally smoked ham, locally grown beans baked to perfection, vegetables with fresh flavor, casseroles, locally-picked apples for crisp, and even locally roasted coffee round out the menu. Admission is $8, $5 for children 8 and under, and families with young children pay no more than $21 maximum.
The supper is sponsored by the Christian Education Committee.
