AUBURN– Central Maine Community College’s Center for Workforce & Professional Development will offer a course on how to deal with bullying in the workplace Thursdays, Sept. 5 and 19, from 5 to 8 p.m.
The course will provide education and guidance on how to create an environment of zero tolerance for bullying. Upon completion of the course, participants will be able to identify the different types of bullying that can occur in the workplace environment; describe the difference between a tolerable environment versus a zero tolerance environment; demonstrate a zero tolerance perspective towards bullying as well as how to generate ideas for improving their surroundings to create an environment of change and acceptance.
