LEWISTON — Dubbed “The Human Variety Show,” Showtime Steve is a one-of-a-kind variety performer, harnessing his signature off-the-cuff comedy and show-stopping stunts to create a high-energy show.
The show will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, June 24, in Callahan Hall at the Lewiston Public Library, 200 Lisbon St.
Steve juggles everything from shoes and car-keys, to machetes and balloons, as well as re-creates a 100-year-old Houdini rope escape, fits his entire body through a folding chair, manipulates LED light props in the dark, and balances a ladder (and other dangerous items) on his chin.
All this mixed with a dose of physical comedy and audience participation makes this show an unforgettable experience for the whole family
Tickets are free, but you don’t need a ticket to enter; they get you in first, that’s all. The show is suitable for all ages. For more information, call the library at 207-513-3004.
