AUGUSTA — Lithgow Public Library is offering a new program, Sensory Story Time, for children agest 3 to 5 with developmental delays, as well as for their typically developing peers. The story times will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, April 15, May 13 and June 17, in the Youth Services Program room at the library, 45 Winthrop St.
