Payroll Management welcomes Al Bugbee as chief operating officer

AUBURN — Payroll Management is announcing Al Bugbee has joined its Executive Management team in the role of chief operating officer. Bringing cross-organizational experience to his role, he is responsible for strategic leadership, process improvement and operational management of the company.

Bugbee’s select accomplishments include restructuring operating models, proven improvements in client satisfaction through client experience initiatives, leading teams in the successful execution of sales and marketing strategies to achieve growth objectives, design and launch of a new industry loyalty program, and leading organizations and employees through organizational change. “We are glad to have Al Bugbee as a member of our team,” noted Gary and Elaine Hemenway, principals of Payroll Management.
