RANGELEY — The annual Doll Carriage Parade will be held, as usual, on Tuesday, July 3.
Registration will be from 9 to 9:30 a.m.; judging ends at 9:45 a.m. Late entries will be allowed in the parade, but will not be judged, and the parade will start at 10 a.m.
The starting point is the lawn of the Rangeley Inn, ending at Rangeley Town Park. Categories will be walkers, bikes and wheels, carriages, wagons, groups and child-drive, battery operated vehicles. There will be a Best Overall prize awarded.
All entrants will receive a free ice cream at the Pine Tree Frosty. Flat beds, jeeps or any motorized vehicles are not allowed; the focus is on making this the kid’s parade, as it was in its inception.
