AUBURN — Orders are being taken for the Androscoggin Valley Soil and Water Conservation District Plant Sale, which will be held at Whiting Farm, 876 Summer St.
The deadline for orders is Friday, April 26, and pickup will be 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturday, May 18.
There is a full day of fun and activities for all ages, organizers said. There will be access to many resource professionals for those who come to pick up there plants.
Whiting Farm, owned by John F. Murphy Homes, is a working four-season farm dedicated to community enrichment, education and the support of adults with developmental disabilities. Whiting Farm is a landmark in the Auburn/Lewiston community, and plants for the sale will be sourced locally.
