Norway’s Matolcsy Art Center opens for the season March 8

NORWAY — The Matolcsy Art Center will open for the season March 8. Nineteen artists will be displaying new work at the opening-day celebration from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. at 480 Main St.

Exhibiting artists are Diana Arcadipone, Sandra Bell, Morgen Berrien, Don Best, Cynthia Burmeister, Rochelle Draper, Jinger Duryea, Mike Everett, Sherry Grant, Ulla Hansen, Suzanne Hardy, Peter Herley, Beverly Laverdiere, Deb Legree, Constance J McVey, Judy Schneider, Sarah Shepley, Melanie Tornberg and Barbara Traficonte.
Those who attend will see what the Artists’ in the Western Foothills have been making over the winter, meet the participants and share in conversation about their work and the process of coming out of hibernation.
