OTISFIELD — THE Otisfield Social Outreach Committee will hold its monthly public Community Lunch Wednesday, March 15, from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. at the Community Hall on Route 121. Although the luncheon is free, any donations are gratefully accepted. In addition, the East Otisfield Free Baptist Church Scholarship Crafters will be hosting a table of items for sale at the luncheon.
The menu for March 15 includes corn chowder, minestrone soup, broccoli and cheese soup, toasted cheese sandwiches, salads, dessert bars, cookies, tea and coffee. Anyone wiling to help cook for the event is asked to call Virginia Noble at 207-539- 4027; anyone needing transportation should contactl Nancy Coombs, 627-4374; anyone willing to help with setup or at the lunch or needing more information should call Committee Chairman Dave McVety at 207-539-4368.
