Auburn UU Church V-Day auditions are Jan. 7, 8

AUBURN — Auditions for the Auburn UU Church’s V-Day, its production of “The Vagina Monologues,” will be held from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Sunday, Jan. 7, and 6 to 7 p.m. Monday, Jan. 8.

Women, or those who identify as female, may audition. Anyone is invited to help with the production (tickets, ushering, etc.). Because of adult content, participants must be 16 or older.

Audition material will be provided. Monologues will be read in the show and need not be memorized.
Dress rehearsal will be Feb. 22. The show is Feb. 23.
Dawn Sullivan will direct, and this year’s show is dedicated to the late Melissa Stevens, a former V-Day actor and director.
