PHILLIPS — The Sandy River Business Association will hold a work session at 10 a.m. Saturday, Nov. 17, and possibly lasting as late as 4 p.m., to repair and restore the town’s Main Street Christmas wreaths.
Help is needed, and anyone willing to help should mark the date — even if they can only come for a few hours — on their calendar, the association asks.
