NORWAY – The Stephens Community Healthcare Foundation is accepting applications for grants that support sustainable health care initiatives.
Applications must be postmarked by Monday, Nov. 5, and awards will be decided on or before Dec. 31.
The Stephens Community Healthcare Foundation is a nonprofit organization that was created in 1999. The foundation’s primary purpose is to provide philanthropic support for the capital needs of Western Maine Health and StephensMemorialHospital. Funding awards are generally limited to non-profit 501(c)(3) organizations based in or benefiting health care initiatives in the Stephens Memorial Hospital service area.
