Lithgow Library’s Brown Bag Lunch Series concludes Dec. 8 with holiday tips

AUGUSTA — Lithgow Library’s Brown Bag Lunch series will conclude at noon Thursday, Dec. 8, with “Healthy Holiday Tips: Making Your Favorite Recipes Healthier.” Wendy Jorgensen, program associate for MaineGeneral’s Prevention and Healthy Living Department, will share with you general tips to make your holidays healthier and include ideas for ingredient swaps and additions to tweak your holiday favorites.
