Western Maine Play Museum will hold community information session Oct. 30

WILTON — The Western Maine Play Museum will host a community forum with an update on the status of the museum and its fundraising, as well as to address community questions, from 7 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 30, at Calzolaio’s Pasta Company.

Board members will provide a brief history of the project timeline and continuing fundraising since WMPM was awarded a federal NBRC grant a year ago.
Joining the discussion will be Josh Wojcik, owner of Upright Frameworks, the construction company working on the project. Also available to answer questions will be Rhonda Irish, Wilton town manager, and Darryl Sterling, who will discuss the state-awarded facade grant that will benefit the museum and several other downtown businesses.
