FARMINGTON — The Franklin County Democratic Committee will host its second annual potluck supper and meeting on Sunday, Aug. 19. The meeting will be from 4 to 5 p.m., at 146 Sunset Ave., followed by a talk by Phil Bartlett, chairman of the Maine Democratic Party.
The vegetarian potluck supper will follow. Also invited to the meeting are the Democratic State Committee members. All are welcome.
Other FCDC events this summer have been community outreach to voters, and participation in parades in the county. The next monthly meeting will be held from 4 to 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept, 9, at the W.G.Mallett School.
