Artists will create art live at L/A Maine Arts Walk

Jul. 252018

LEWISTON — L/A Arts recently announced the July 27 Art Walk in downtown Lewiston and Auburn will feature Live Art Making in select venues along the walk.

Those who attend will be able to watch art come to life in several media, including ceramics, watercolor, oil, stained glass, mixed media and video. Artists will be making art throughout the evening, from 5 to 8 p.m., in select locations along the walk.
As a complement to the rich array of visual art exhibits and live music that characterize every Art Walk LA, this year’s series features a monthly, live performance theme. Art Walk LA takes place on the final Friday of each month from May through October. All activities are free and open to the public. The Live Art Making schedule for July 27:
* Sofia Fima (46 Lisbon St.) — Oil painting by artist Alexandra Hood
