LEWISTON — The Maine Jewish Film Festival is proud to present a special free family film showing of “An American Tail” at 2 p.m. Feb. 23 at the Public Theater, 31 Maple St.
In this animated classic, a young Russian mouse named Fievel emigrates to America, gets separated from his family and must find them, learning some valuable survival lessons along the way. Families will laugh at Fievel’s adventures and be inspired by his triumphs.
Designed for families with children at least 4 years old, there is no charge for the program. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
