Community Credit Union invests in Auburn location

LEWISTON — An official ribbon cutting and open house was held at 40 Stanley St., Tuesday, June 12, to celebrate the completion of significant renovations in the credit union’s Auburn branch. A large group of credit union employees, board members, community partners and members participated in the event. Mac’s Grill, a well-known Auburn business, catered the event.

Beckie Conrad, executive director of the LA Metro Chamber of Commerce, served as master of ceremonies. Speakers at the event included Todd Mason, president of Maine Credit Union League; Marcel Gagne, chairman of the board of directors for Community Credit Union; Jason Levesque, mayor of Auburn; representatives from U.S. Sen. Angus King’s office, U.S. Rep. Bruce Poliquin’s office, and U. S. Sen. Susan Collins’ office, as well as Jen Hogan, president/CEO of Community Credit Union. All had a consistent message of congratulating the team for their efforts in supporting their community.
