Qi gong offered free in Rangeley beginning July 10

RANGELEY— Heidi Sorensen will lead qi gong sessions at 9 a.m. Tuesdays and Thursdays on the lawn behind the Church of the Good Shepherd, 2614 Main St.

The first session will be held Tuesday, July 10, and the remainder will run through the end of the month.
Qi gong is an ancient Chinese moving meditation similar to tai chi, a holistic system of coordinated body posture and movement, breathing and meditation that promotes health and spirituality.
There is no charge to attend.
