LEWISTON — SeniorsPlus announces Savvy Caregiver 1 training for Androscoggin County from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. Fridays, April 7 through May 12, at the SeniorsPlus Education Center, 8 Falcon Road.
If you are caring for a family member with dementia, this training will help you learn how to take care of yourself, reduce stress and also communicate more easily with your loved one.
Laure Johnson and Dana Morrell will facilitate this six-week workshop.
