‘The Gathering’ meets Wednesdays at Auburn church

AUBURN – Almost every Wednesday evening during the school year, folks enjoy a complete home-style meal at Court Street Baptist Church at what is called “The Gathering.” At a recent program, Hester Gilpatric and Sue Dionne, in photo, and a team of helpers prepared 14 pans of pizza of various varieties. Each week the menu changes.

“The Gathering” also includes a Powerpoint contemporary hymn sing, kids and teens go to their respective leaders, and it concludes with a meaningful testimony or devotional. Prayer meeting follows in the parlor. For more information, call 207-784-6661.
